He had the line repaired and put it back on, started it up & nothing would work (no forward-no reverse-no backhoe or loader movement) he let it run a little more and it busted the metal line again. It's like its building up to much pressure.

Everything worked great for a 200+ hours, then I lost all hydraulic functions two days ago, still working on that on (thus why I'm here).

Get a QuoteBasic Diagram for a Typical Hydraulic System Symptoms Many of the failures in a hydraulic system show similar symptoms: a gradual or sudden loss of high pressure, resulting in loss of power or loss of speed in the cylinders. The cylinder(s) may not move at all, or if they do they may move too slowly or may stall under light loads.

I put a new gauge on it, because I figured if the loader was doing any work at all it's got to have SOME pressure in the lines, but the new one is reading zero top. The gauge is in top of the valves and the fluid level is good. I've got new fluid in it and there's no leaks.

Get a QuoteFeb 13, 2020 · We can trace most hydraulic issues back to a few common causes, listed below. 1. Air and Water Contamination. Air and water contamination are the leading causes of hydraulic failure, accounting for 80 to 90% of hydraulic failures. Faulty pumps, system breaches or temperature issues often cause both types of contamination.

The situation i have on the fe35 is when the hydraulics raise the front loader or the 3 point hitch the whole tractor shakes. the hydraulics seem to pulse while the go up and down. they work but not smooth. I thought it may be the bad oil, or this screen that may be dirty.
Get a QuoteInspect the power supply for the hydraulic pump and drive belt to make sure both perform to specifications. Pumps will not achieve full pressure with a slipping belt. Check the reservoir and add fluid to correct levels. Do not overfill. Hydraulic systems work best with exact fluid levels. More fluid will not mean more power.

In the summer of 2013, I was doing some ditch digging with my 2140 w/a 146 loader, after a couple of hours the hydraulic began to shudder when lifting up a bucket of mud. The steering and TA work fine, the light goes out as it should, but the bucket won't pick the front wheels off the ground. The tractor was used very little for years, could a relief valve be stuck, and if so, where is it?

If you don't have compressed air handy, with the engine idling, you can loosen the main pressure supply hose to the loader control valve, just a turn or two, that often works as well. alrman, Oct 7, 2019. #2.
